NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
TO BE HELD
THURSDAY MAY 28, 2026
To Our Shareholders:
The 48TH Stamford Healthcare Credit Union’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at The Water’s Edge at Giovanni’s - 2748 Boston Post Rd Suite B, Darien, CT 06820
The business portion of the meeting will begin promptly at 5:30 pm, dinner will follow. Please do not arrive earlier than 5:15 pm. During the business meeting, shareholders will act on the following matters:
1. Shareholders will receive the 2025 annual report of Stamford Healthcare Credit Union
2. Election of four directors, each for a term of two years.
3. Any other matters that properly come before the meeting.
IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND:
Space limitations make it necessary to request that members who plan to attend both the business meeting and dinner portion of the evening, reserve their seats by making reservations (with payment for dinner) with the Credit Union office. Please detach bottom portion of this notice and return with your payment. For those members who are unable to attend the annual meeting on this date, voting for the Board of Directors will be taking place at the Credit Union office on Thursday, May 28, 2026 during normal business hours.

Please reserve your place as soon as possible if you plan to attend by making reservations. Please fill out this form and drop it off, along with your payment, at the Credit Union office before Friday, May 22nd, 2026. Space is limited to only 65 people, and it will be first come first serve. No exceptions will be made. No refunds after deadline. Reservations will not be accepted after the deadline of Friday, May 22nd, 2026.
